In order to transfer .co.uk, .org.uk, .ltd.uk, .plc.uk or .me.uk domains to Ukcheaphosts from a registrar which may have gone out of business, or is otherwise unresponsive or hostile, you can simply request the transfer in Nominet.
The current charge at the time of this writing is £10 plus applicable VAT (this is payable to nominet directly).
You will need to perform what is called a "registrar change", which is simply a tag change to the 123MARBELLA Nominet tag.
The process is as follows:
1. You (the registrant/owner of the domain) need to log in to the Nominet Online Service at https://secure.nominet.org.uk/.
NOTE: If you do not know your login details for your account with Nominet, you can go here to get your password sent to you: https://secure.nominet.org.uk/auth/access-your-account.html. You must enter the email address associated with your domain(s).
2. When you log in, you should see a list of your domains. If there is only one domain, it is possible you have multiple accounts. Repeat this process for each account you have.
3. Click the "Change" button on the right hand of your screen under the heading "Your Registrar".
4. Click "Select All", or choose which domains you want to transfer.
5. Type in 123MARBELLA, and click Search, then click Choose.
6. Enter the payment details, then complete the payment.
7. Then let us know in a support ticket that they have been transferred so we can add the domains to your account.
