Extracting a few files from my Full Cpanel Backup File

How do I extract just a few missing files from my cpanel back in order to restore them to my site.

You are reading this article because you have or have been given a full cpanel backup file which contains your whole cpanel account including mysql, email, web files etc.

The video below assumes:

1. that you have downloaded the compressed file to your local computer
2. that you have WINRAR installed in order to extract the content of the backup file

(here is the latest link for winrar http://tinyurl.com/kpnwfw. If not working just search google for WINRAR)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE - the extraction process can take some time depending on the size of the backup and your computer. If you have a 250mb backup it can take appx 30-60 for the extraction process to complete so just be patient and let it do its thing.
