You are viewing this article because when you are sending an email it seems to go to the users junkmail folder every time
In general there are many factors that can contribute to your emails going to someone junk folder, the main ones being:
1. SPF and DKIM records are not enabled for your account - In cpanel there is a tab called "Email Authentication" and you need to ensure that the SPF record and DKIM records are enabled for your domain. Although this does not guarentee deliverability to peoples inboxes, it does eliminate two major factors that can possibly contribute to the main issue.
2. The contents of your mails contain spam like information - like links, tables, images etc which the remote mail server views as containing harmful content and decides against delivering it to the user. This is impossible for us to troubleshoot. If you think this is the case then try sending a plain text email and see if its delivered.
3. Your mailserver is blacklisted on an RBL blacklist - if you think this is the case, please contact us immediately at support@ukcheaphosts.com and we will be happy to confirm if your mail server is blacklisted anywhere.

4. You are sending to free email service like hotmail - When you are sending to free email services gmail or hotmail, due to running aggressive spam filtering these companies have a high false positive rate in order to keep maintenance costs low so there is increased likelihood that it will send your mails to junk first but of course getting touch with them is almost impossible so usually you come back to us to complain or blame us when in fact its not even our fault.
We would find it highly unlikely that every single email you are sending out is going to people junk folders but the activation of SPF and DKIM will increase chances of your mails avoiding the junk folders.
