In my Cpanel, its saying the stats are locked by the Administrator. How do we unlock them?
Processing log files for analytics consumes significant CPU power and we have found in the past that 95% of clients do not even look at the stats anyway so the processing time used is wasted.
We have also found that many webmasters will usually install google analytics (see www.google.com/analytics) on their web sites anyway rather than use the awstats, webaliser etc.
So in order to avoid unneccesary CPU overhead, as default, all web stats are locked out/turned off.
Its not a problem for us to unlock them for you and we will do so on request.
