Refunds are discretionary unless stated otherwise in our terms of business. All requests for a refund will be considered on their merits and that you submit all relevant information and copies of correspondence and other documents when making your request.
Requests for refunds should be sent as a logged enquiry to the Support Team from the support section of your online Account or by sending a request to support@ukcheaphosts.com
We will endeavour to deal with requests for refunds within 10 working days, usually we settle claims quicker but please expect to wait 10 working days.
Where you have terminated your agreement with us, the particular provisions relating to your liability on termination will apply.
We CANNOT refund money paid for domain registrations. Once payment is received for a domain regsitration, that sale in final and is non refundable.We will however make provision to give you full access to the management of the domain so that you may use the domain eslewhere.
You cannot claim for a refund if:
- you have only registered a domain name through us
- some hosting services include a free domain name. For example, if you bought a hosting service from us costing $12 per year and that service included a free domain name, then the maximum claim amount you can claim will be the difference between the cost of the domain as per our retail prices and the amount you have paid. Currently a .com domain reg costs $9.99, so if you paid $12 then the maximum amount you can claim is $2.01.
