Getting notifications that the apache service is down on the molly server.
1312 CET
Logged into server to see issues with apache most notably an issue with modsec during apache startup.
1315 CET
Rebooted server to clear out any updates, ran yum updates and cleanall to remove any errant files.
1320 CET
Issue still persists. Contacting UK datacenter for them to have a look.
1338 CET
Apache back online after DC tech resolved issues with cpanel updates (solution to be determined).
Total downtime: appx 29 minutes.
NOTE: this is our first downtime on this server since ***March 3, 2018***, since then we have had 100% uptime on this server.

Our belief based on the startup errors in the server logs was that an automated cpanel update was pushed out last night and caused some conflicts with apache and modsec. The server seems to be operating optimally as usual but we will monitor closely the next 24 hours.
