On Saturday the 10th of March 2018 around 12pm CET the root IP address of one of our servers will be changed.
Most users will not notice any difference apart from a couple of reboots which takes appx 90 seconds to complete during which time sites and emails will be offline.
We will aim to keep the offline time as short as possible.
IMPORTANT: Users who will be affected if they dont point their name servers to us!
If manage your dns with another company and point your A Name record IP to us, then you wil need to update the IP Address in your records.
This is the OLD IP ---> 5.77.34.131
This will be the NEW IP ---> 5.77.44.212
If you point your nameservers to us, then we will update your records automatically so you need do nothing.
Progress Update
1150CET - Server has been rebooted but there is a small issue with accessing the server. I have notifed the DC of the issue, they are investigating.
1218CET - There was around 20 minutes downtime and server is back online with new IP but we are making checks to see any other side effects
