1944CET - There appears to be some issue in the UK data centre directly affecting our servers. We are getting onto the UK data center who will be providing an update shortly.
2015CET - According to the data centre there is some power outage within the rapid switch data centre. see: http://www.whuk-status.com/power-outage-at-the-data-center-north-zone
2023CET - We are waiting news from the data centre about our servers. We have seen 5 servers so far which are not accessible. Seems that our Windows server are fine, its only unix servers that appear to be affected.
2116CET - We are still awaiting resolution of the issues from the data centre. According to them its somethig to do with a PDU (power distribution unit) and they are dissasembling the unit and attaching a new one. We will keep you updated.
2204CET - According to the data centre the PDU has been replaced and is in testing phase with some servers coming back online.
2206CET - 4 of 5 servers are back online.
2340CET - Waiting for final server to be brought back online. Contacting data centre again.
0010CET - Final server still not back onine. Have hassled the data centre again and been told it will be back online soon.
0041CET - We are anxioulsy waiting here for our server to come backonline so will wait another 20 minutes and if we have not seen it come on we will contact the data centre again. We sincerely apologise to those clients whose web site have been off for over 5 hours now.
0047CET - Senior tech at data centre has pinged me on skype and sincerely apologised for profusely for the issues. They are trying their best to resume normal service.
0331CET - Final server has comeonline, finally. All systems appear to be working as normal. Apologies to any UK Cheap clients for any inconvenience.
