We received a notification that the http and pop services had gone down on maggie.hsws.com.
We could see some overloading from some users account and stopped the httpd service for 60 seconds, waited for load to start going down and the server resumed as normal.
Total downtime in this case was less than two minutes.
We apologise for any inconvenince caused by this.
