You are reading this article because you have wordpress and your wordpress was hacked through the "admin user" vulnerability and you probbaly can no longer login to the wordpress admin becasue your username or email no longer exists.
You will need to manually reset your password through the database itself.
NOTE: under no circumstances should you ever have a username called "admin" in the first place.
Do the following to reset your admin details.
1. login to cpanel and go to phpmyadmin
2. once in phpmyadmin, follow the directions below.
