1729CET: we have received a report saying the server is not available and we suscpect that its an issue with the ASL firewall. Our team is investigationg.

1933CET: We can confirm that the server is functioning perfectly again after a manual restart of the ASL firewall.
This issue last occurred in July 2015 and we will be sending our logs to the firewall vendor for further investigation.

We can only apologise for this issue today but be assured that we are taking it seriously.
