We have now implemented an automated cpu abuse monitoring tool for all our servers in order to identify any accounts who are abusing our servers.
Abuse includes:
1. exceeding the inode limit of 75,000 inodes per cpanel account
2. accounts using more than 50% cpu at anytime for extended periods
3. accounts using more than 24% system memory at any time for extended periods.
If there are more than 10 breaches of our limits per day, a warning will be sent by email to the account owner.
If continued breaches occur, suspension and/or terminsation will folllow.
